General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 55rr1 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("Member", "you", "your"). By using the 55rr1 website, app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using 55rr1's services. Continued use of the platform indicates that you accept these terms.

Account Registration & Use

When opening an account on 55rr1, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and balances confiscated.

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 55rr1 support team immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties.
• Only one individual may conduct transactions from a single account.

55rr1 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. If verification fails, 55rr1 reserves the right to place a hold on deposits or withdrawals.

Age Restrictions

55rr1's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Anyone under 21 may not register, play, or conduct any transactions on this platform.

Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious violation. Action may be taken in accordance with applicable law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 55rr1 are handled through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are supported.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The source of deposits must be legitimate; suspicious transactions may be held pending investigation.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be held until the verification process is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the available real money balance.

55rr1 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious transactions, violations of anti-money laundering (AML) policy, or incomplete verification information.

Bonuses & Promotions

55rr1 offers a welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming a bonus.

Welcome Bonus Terms

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal (wagering applies to the bonus amount only).
• For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses may have a time limit — the conditions must be met within the specified period after the bonus is activated.
• A new bonus cannot be activated before a current bonus has been fully used.

55rr1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. Misuse of promotions — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — may result in all accounts being closed and balances confiscated.

Gaming Rules

All games on 55rr1 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. It is recommended to read the rules carefully before starting a game.

• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, 55rr1 will make reasonable efforts to return the bet for that round.
• 55rr1 will not be held liable for losses caused by disconnection.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer; there is no opportunity to manipulate results.
• The result recorded on the game provider's server will be considered final.
• Betting limits may vary by game and will be clearly stated in the game interface.

For sports betting, market rules and result determination methods are set by 55rr1. In the event of any dispute over a result, 55rr1's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance confiscation:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Unfairly exploiting promotions or bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Collusion or attempting to influence game outcomes by coordinating with other players.
• Money laundering or conducting other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack any platform system or gain unauthorised access.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully toward other members.
• Submitting false or forged documents.

Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
• Members' information is not sold to third parties for any commercial purpose.
• Information may be provided to authorities when required by legal obligations or investigations.
• Payment information is protected by industry-standard encryption.

Limitation of Liability

While 55rr1 operates its platform with the greatest care, it accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection, power outage, or other technical issues.
• Any loss caused by problems with the member's own device or connection.
• Loss resulting from the member's account password or login details being disclosed to another person through the member's own negligence.
• Any delay or failure related to third-party services (internet providers, payment gateways).
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

55rr1's liability is at all times limited to the value of the transaction in question. Under no circumstances will 55rr1 be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Account Closure & Suspension

55rr1 may suspend or permanently close a member's account without notice, or with short notice, in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• At the member's own request — in the case of self-exclusion under responsible gaming.
• As required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Any pending bets will be properly settled before an account is closed. If there is a valid balance and the closure was not due to a breach of these Terms, the remaining funds will be returned.

Dispute Resolution

• An initial response will be provided within a reasonable time from the date the complaint is submitted.
• For complex disputes, a final decision will be communicated after a detailed investigation has been conducted.
• Server logs and game records will be reviewed in case of disputes regarding game results.
• Relevant documents may be requested to be submitted in case of payment disputes.

In any matter relating to 55rr1's final decision, the interpretation of these terms and conditions as determined by 55rr1 authority shall apply.

Amendment and Enforceability of Terms

55rr1 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members, however this is not mandatory.

The latest terms and conditions will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

If any clause of these terms and conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the primary and legally binding version.
